How to get a “Beach Body” Using the HockeyOT Workouts

A number of workout programs are suppose to be about helping you lose weight and look more muscular and fit. Sometimes I think the hockey players I train are more interested in how they look from the workouts, than how they feel and play! With HockeyOT you can get both: improved hockey performance and a great beach body. Since the HockeyOT program incorporates strength, plyometric, speed, endurance and core training exercises into your program you will feel AND look good from the workouts. The best example of the look you can have from the HockeyOT training is to compare a sprinter and long distance runner. Usually the sprinter is leaner and more muscular than the long distance runner based on the different metabolic effect that the 2 athletes gain from their different training. Sometimes the best proof is visual.
